Our streamlined repair booking system is designed to help both new and existing clients manage their Apple Mac repairs efficiently and effortlessly.

  • Printable Tickets & Invoices – Download and print your repair ticket and invoices for your records.

This booking system allows you to stay updated without needing to call for a status check. You’ll always know where your device is in the repair process.

Booking Steps:

  1. New Clients: Click [here] to create a repair ticket.
    Existing Clients: Click the “Existing Client – My Account” tab to log in and create a new repair ticket.

  2. Arrange Collection or Drop-off: Call us on +44 (0) 20 8427 6809 to schedule a collection, or drop your device off at our workstation.

  3. Shipping Instructions: We’ll email you a collection label and packing instructions (be sure to check your junk/spam folder just in case). Attach the label and follow the packaging guidelines.

  4. Get Your Quote & Repair: Once we’ve assessed your device, you’ll receive a quote. After approval, we’ll begin repairs.

Same-Day Collections:

In some cases, we offer same-day collection. Call us before 10:30 AM to arrange, subject to courier availability.

Outer London Collections:

We also provide collection services for all customers in Outer London. Contact our admin team for more details.

Shipping Box Options:

If you require a shipping box, we offer the following options:

  • Laptop and MacBook Pro boxes: £20
  • iMac boxes: £30

If you don’t have the original packaging for your iMac, we highly recommend ordering a box from us. Our custom-made iMac boxes feature foam inserts to secure the device during transit. Please note that if your device is not packed properly, neither ACI nor the courier company will be liable for damages incurred during shipping.

Shipping Insurance (Optional but Recommended):

You have the option to add shipping insurance for extra peace of mind. Without additional insurance, you will be covered only under the standard courier insurance, which offers protection up to £60 for damages or losses.

In case of uninsured loss or damage during shipping, Allied Computers International’s liability is limited to £60.

To Register and Book Your Repair:

  1. Register as a new customer on www.RMAupdates.com.
  2. Fill out the required Apple Repair RMA details, print the form, and attach it to your Apple device.
  3. Call 0208 427 6809 to arrange collection, or send the device directly to us.

Once you’ve booked your repair, you’ll receive real-time updates via email, from receipt to repair completion, ensuring full transparency throughout the process.
